Where do you ship to? We are delighted to offer shipping exclusively to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and select European destinations, bringing The Gentle Nook directly to your nursery.

How long does delivery take? Our team takes great care in preparing your items. Once your pieces have been dispatched, standard delivery takes 7 to 14 business days across all of our worldwide destinations.

How do I track my order? Once your pieces are lovingly packaged and on their way, you will receive a confirmation email containing your personal tracking details. You can use this link to follow your parcel's journey directly to your door.

Customs & Duties

Will I be charged customs duties or import taxes? Depending on your location, international orders may occasionally be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and remain the responsibility of the recipient. The Gentle Nook does not collect or remit these fees, so we gently recommend checking your country's import regulations prior to placing an order.

Why might my order be delayed at customs? Customs clearance times vary by country and are unfortunately outside of our control. If your tracking indicates that your order is being held at customs, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly for the swiftest resolution.

Returns & Replacements

What is your return policy? At the heart of our boutique is the absolute safety and wellbeing of your little ones. Due to the intimate nature of nursery essentials, we must guarantee that every item received by our families is entirely pristine, unhandled, and safe for immediate use.

To uphold these uncompromising hygiene standards, we operate a strict final-sale policy. We do not accept returns, process exchanges, or issue refunds for a change of mind. We deeply appreciate your understanding in helping us keep our community safe.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective? We are so sorry if this happens. In the incredibly rare event that a piece arrives damaged or faulty, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Simply email us with clear photographs of the issue, and we will swiftly arrange a beautifully packaged replacement for you.

Orders & Amendments

Can I cancel or modify my order? Our logistics team moves rapidly to ensure your pieces reach you as soon as possible. Because of this, you have a strict 12-hour window to email us with any order modifications or cancellation requests. Once an order has been processed for dispatch, it can no longer be altered.

I entered the wrong shipping address — what do I do? Please contact us immediately at care@thegentlenookcare.com. Provided you reach out within that 12-hour window before your order is dispatched, we will do absolutely everything we can to update your details.
