Damaged or Faulty Items                                                                                                      In the incredibly rare event that a piece arrives damaged or faulty, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Simply email us with clear photographs of the issue, and we will swiftly arrange a beautifully packaged replacement for you.

Order Amendments                                                                                                            Our logistics team moves rapidly to ensure your pieces reach you as soon as possible. You have a strict 12-hour window to email us with any address changes or cancellation requests. Once an order has been processed for dispatch, it cannot be altered.
