Where do you ship, and what is the cost? We are delighted to offer complimentary, fully tracked shipping to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and select European destinations. You will never encounter any unexpected fees at checkout.

How long will my pieces take to arrive? Our team takes great care in preparing your items. Orders are lovingly packaged and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for standard delivery to your door.

My tracking has not updated recently. Is my parcel lost? Please do not worry. It is entirely normal for tracking updates to pause for 4 to 6 days whilst your parcel is in transit between countries or gently clearing local customs. The tracking will refresh the moment it is handed to your local courier service (such as Royal Mail or USPS).

What if my parcel is marked as 'Delivered' but I cannot find it? We kindly ask that you thoroughly check your property and enquire with neighbours. Once a parcel has been officially scanned as 'Delivered' by the local courier, The Gentle Nook cannot be held liable for missing or stolen packages. We gently recommend contacting your local postal service directly with your tracking details, as they will be best equipped to assist you further.
